I am originally from Spivey's Corner, NC and performed my undergraduate studies at Meredith College graduating with BS in Biology. Then I attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Next I underwent a three year surgical residency at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. My residency training concentrated on surgery and diabetic limb salvage. After working for a year at Coastal Carolina Foot & Ankle Center in New Bern, NC I returned home and joined Dr. Judith Hodgins practice. After working for several months, Dr. Hodgins retired and I bought the practice. I treat all ailments of the foot and ankle and see all age groups. Some of the most common problems treated are heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot care and ulcerations, warts, and flatfoot deformity. We also dispense Diabetic shoes.
